Terms of Use
Last updated: June 19, 2026
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set forth the conditions for using arc habit (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Scope
These Terms apply to all relationships between users and the operator regarding the App. Additional rules shown in the App or on related pages form part of these Terms.
Accounts
- Users must create and manage accounts using accurate information.
- Users are responsible for managing their own accounts.
- If unauthorized use is suspected, the operator may restrict use as necessary.
Recorded Data
The App stores activity logs, habits, settings, and other information entered by users. Users must have the necessary rights or authority for the information they enter.
Paid Plans
- The App may offer paid plans through in-app purchases.
- Prices, periods, auto-renewal, free trials, and payment terms are shown on the purchase screen or by each app store.
- Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled by the user.
- Cancel subscriptions from the Apple App Store or Google Play account management screen.
- Refund eligibility and procedures follow the rules and processes of each app store.
Prohibited Conduct
- Conduct that violates laws or public order and morals.
- Conduct that infringes rights, interests, or reputation of third parties or the operator.
- Conduct that interferes with operation of the App.
- Unauthorized access, analysis, modification, or excessive load.
- Any other conduct the operator deems inappropriate.
Changes and Suspension
The operator may change, add, suspend, or terminate the App as necessary.
If the App is to be discontinued in its entirety, the operator will use reasonable efforts to notify users at least 30 days in advance via this page, an in-app notice, or an email to the registered address. This does not apply where advance notice is impractical due to law, store policies, safety concerns, the operator's dissolution, or similar circumstances.
If the App is discontinued while a paid plan (subscription) is active, the treatment of any unused portion follows the terms and refund procedures of the Apple App Store or Google Play. The operator does not provide refunds directly.
Except where required by law, the operator is not liable for damages arising from such changes, suspension, or termination.
Disclaimer
The App is intended to support daily activity logging and does not provide medical, health, or professional advice. Users use the App at their own discretion and responsibility.
The operator does not guarantee that recorded data will always remain available. Data may be lost, corrupted, altered, or temporarily inaccessible due to outages, maintenance, or changes affecting the App or its underlying third-party services (such as Firebase, the Apple App Store, or Google Play), as well as network conditions, device or account issues, or user actions. Except where required by law, the operator is not liable for damages arising from such events.
The operator does not guarantee complete data preservation, any specific retention period, or any particular recovery method. Users are encouraged to keep their own copies, screenshots, or other backups as they see fit.
Intellectual Property
Copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the operator or rightful owners. Rights to data entered by users remain with the users.
Changes to These Terms
The operator may update these Terms as necessary. Important changes will be announced on this page or in the App.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes related to the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over the operator's location as the court of first instance.
